Feature:

  This machine is to laminate 2 layers of PE foam sheet together. Then 2 layer together. The maximum thickness is 100 mm. For thicker blocks,you may use glue to make. Method is by direct LPG flame or electricity heating and mechanical pressing. 

Standard configuration:
1. Unwinding unit: 2 unwinders: with unwinding roller, guiding limit rod and a frame.
2. Main lamination unit: main frame, smooth pull roller 2 pieces, adjustment devices, fire stove, cylinder, gearbox, pull motor, rubber roller, guiding roller, air adjustment devices and fire tube.
3. Rewinding unit: frame, winding roller and torque motor.
4. Electrical section: pull, rewinding, control devices, speed regulation, torque regulator (For export, we usually use Taiwan TECO and this is why it is more expensive than domestic design)
