 Key parts description:

1.      Cooling roller: mirror surface + chrome plate. D320 x 1300 mm, with double water circulation system inside. With water tap for water cooling.

2.      Film hauling roller, 2 pcs. D320 x1300 mm, with double water circulation system inside. With water tap for water cooling.

3.      Film outlet method: with active shaking.

4.      T-die width: 1250 mm (if no shaking, 1200 mm will be enough). T-die heater is closed and power cable is with safety plug.

5.      Gearbox: stepless spiral gear. Gear of 38Cr with special treatment.

6.      Wastage winder, 1 set via a PVC pipe.

7.       Screw: diameter 75mm, 38CrMoAlA + nitride by a Taiwan supplier.Screw length to diameter 30:1.
