The Semi-automatic Carton Pasting Machine which is a kind of new-type environmental protection equipment for producing cartons at recent years is mainly used for pasting cartons. 1. Rewinding desk and middle segment baffle is dynamoelectric adjustment. Whole flex go through at the same time. A facility to put cardboard on the shelf is collected.
2. The length of middle delivery desk is 2.8m ,it is supported by four steel tube of 55*900, deploy 3 mangamin slice to induct voltage, use import delivery belt, cardboard can come out in automatically way or manually way and it is control by photoelectric eye
3. Middle segment baffle is a whole configuration ,deploy easy fan adjustment, both two board is bent and processed by steel board.
4. The installation of put-in is consist of two 90-diameter bottom axes, a 40-diameter glue stick and a upload axes is 40-diameter induct wheel. They are cooperate and put in ,it also has 165-diameter glue wheel and conduct voltage slice, adjust agility.
5. Lifting desk has the function of lift automatically, lifting desk ,rewinding desk, put-out frame is delivered by 60-diameter big roller
6. The whole group of pasting head adopt exact copper-casting material, paste wheel is made of steel axes, with rigid process and be able to bear abrasion and corruption.
7. Pasting head is a single adjustment, adopt all-direction delivery in order to keep balance of delivery and gelatinizing., deploy induct cardboard wheel, it can put-in without lead of pasting head.
8. Height, width, and thickness of wall board in two sides are 1550mm, 750mm and 14mm, connect part processed at the same time to keep accurate configuration and to improve stability.
