1. Applications: This machine is applicable to BOPP, PET, PVCD and familiar poly sheet, paper, etc. This machine's printing speed is 80 m/min. Mechanic speed is 100 m/min.
2. Main transmission: Japanese Panasonic V. F. drive controlled motor to drive each unit's printing cylinder. Advantage: power saving.
3. Shaftless printing cylinder devices: Pneumatic cylinder to pull the mandrel for printing cylinder mounting. Transverse adjustment employed bolt moving. Advantage: Cylinder exchange time is shorter. Concentricity is insured. And so printing quality is of top level.
4. Doctor blade: up and down, angle is freely adjustable.Doctor blade pressure employed double-cylinder type. Transverse movement is by a motor to drive the cam. Advantage: printing cylinder's service life is longer.
5. Automatic registration system: Most famous and popular automatic system in China: KESAI brand. Computer controls the synchronizing motor to drive ball bearing for adjustment. Advantage: good lubing and high registration accuracy.
6. Impression lift devices: Double cylinders for pressure and cam self lock for positioning. There is drop protection for cylinder leaking and machine stop. Advantage: Insured equal pressure so as to make sure good registration.
7. Unwinding and rewinding station: Double working posts and manual splicing. Unwinding employed magnetic powder clutch for tension control, by domestic automatic tension controller. Rewinding employed torque motor control. Advantage: less wastage.
8. Drying and cooling: Heating chamber used eccentric fan. Band heaters arrayed at blowing entrance to heating. Temperature is PID (diligent temperature gage) control. Cooling is on each unit's heating chamber. At the exit there is an eccentric fan to insure film temperature. Advantage: Power saving.
